Who processes your data
The data controller is MINGO (company details are listed in the website footer and on the contact page). For any questions, write to the email address listed in our contacts.
What data we collect and why
- Enquiry data (name, company, email, phone, project description, selections, uploaded files) – to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding.
- Enquiry context (the page you came from, pages viewed, UTM tags) – to understand what interests you. This data is stored in your browser session and sent only together with your enquiry.
- Website audit tool – we check the public website address you enter with our own server (and, if enabled, via Google PageSpeed Insights); results are cached temporarily for up to 6 hours. The live preview loads the checked website directly in your browser.
- AI assistant – your messages are sent to the AI service provider Anthropic (Claude API) to generate a reply. The conversation is stored temporarily on our server for up to 2 hours; if you provide your contact details and agree to be contacted, a summary of the conversation is saved as an enquiry. The provider’s terms do not allow this data to be used for model training. Please don’t enter passwords, payment or health data in the chat.
- Analytics and marketing – only with your consent via cookie settings (Google Consent Mode v2).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data as long as needed for our cooperation, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact if no contract has been signed.
Who we share it with
Data may be processed by our service providers (hosting, email, CRM). We don’t sell it or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, or object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
Cookies
Essential cookies and browser storage are needed for the website to work (e.g. to remember your cookie choice and unsent form answers). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
